While we’ve all read about robots and artificial intelligence (AI) as potential threats to our jobs, I’m happy to report that this new technology is starting to bring amazingly positive changes to HR. AI comprises software algorithms that can analyze large amounts of data to make smarter decisions. The term “AI” has been used to mean artificial intelligence, augmented intelligence and a few other interesting ideas.
